Cassini-Huygens
The Cassini-Huygens mission was a significant space exploration project conducted by NASA and the European Space Agency, launched in 1997 to study Saturn and its moons. The Cassini spacecraft orbited Saturn for over 13 years, gathering valuable data about its rings and atmosphere. In 2005, it deployed the Huygens probe, which landed on Titan, Saturn's largest moon, providing the first detailed information about its surface and atmosphere. The mission greatly enhanced our understanding of Saturn's complex system, including its unique rings and diverse moons, and contributed to our knowledge of planetary science.
