Asaf Jah IV
Asaf Jah IV, also known as Mir Osman Ali Pasha, was the last Nizam of Hyderabad, ruling from 1911 to 1948. As a prominent figure in Indian history, he presided over a princely state during British colonial rule. Under his leadership, Hyderabad became known for its advancements in education, infrastructure, and culture. He was an extravagant ruler and promoted industries, but also faced challenges, including political unrest and eventual military intervention from India. Following India's independence in 1947, Hyderabad was integrated into the Indian Union, marking the end of his reign and the princely state era in India.
