
Allama Iqbal
Allama Iqbal (1877-1938) was a renowned philosopher, poet, and politician in British India who is widely regarded as the spiritual father of Pakistan. His poetry, written primarily in Urdu and Persian, emphasized self-discovery, individualism, and the importance of a united Muslim identity. Iqbal's vision for a separate nation for Muslims ultimately contributed to the creation of Pakistan in 1947.
