Zoroaster (Zarathustra)

Zoroaster, also known as Zarathustra, was an ancient Persian prophet and the founder of Zoroastrianism, one of the world's oldest monotheistic religions. He is believed to have lived around 1,500 to 1,000 BCE in what is now Iran. Zoroaster introduced the concepts of a single god, Ahura Mazda, and the struggle between good and evil. His teachings emphasize moral choice, the importance of truth, and the eventual triumph of good. Zoroastrianism influenced other faiths, including Judaism, Christianity, and Islam, and continues to be practiced by communities today, particularly in Iran and India.
