Sido Kanhu Murmu

Sido Kanhu Murmu were prominent leaders in India's struggle against British colonial rule during the 19th century. They belonged to the Munda tribe in present-day Jharkhand and led the Munda Rebellion, also known as the Ulgulan or Great Tumult, in 1899-1900. Their movement aimed to fight against the exploitation of tribal lands, cultural suppression, and injustices faced by the Munda people.
