Raynaud's Disease

Raynaud's Disease is a condition that affects blood flow, typically in the fingers and toes. In response to cold temperatures or stress, small blood vessels in these areas constrict, limiting circulation. This can cause the affected areas to change color—usually turning white or blue—and feel cold or numb. Once the episode passes and the blood flow returns, the skin may turn red and feel tingly or warm. While often mild and manageable, Raynaud's can sometimes signal other underlying health issues. Treatment focuses on managing symptoms and preventing triggers.
