Rıza Nur

Rıza Nur (1879-1942) was a prominent Turkish politician, writer, and intellectual during the early Republic period. He played a significant role in Turkey's transition from the Ottoman Empire to a modern nation-state. As a member of the Turkish Nationalist Movement, he was involved in reforms aimed at secularizing and modernizing the country. Nur was also an advocate for education and cultural advancement.
