Moral Realism and Anti-Realism

Moral Realism, in ethics, argues that moral facts exist independently, like 'stealing is wrong'. It means these truths are real and constant, regardless of opinions or beliefs. Anti-Realism, on the other hand, claims that moral truths depend on individuals or cultures. In this viewpoint, 'stealing is wrong' can be true for some but not others. Thus, while realism believes in universal moral facts, anti-realism contends that morals are subjective.
