Granth Sahib
The Guru Granth Sahib is the central religious scripture of Sikhism, regarded by Sikhs as the eternal Guru. Compiled in the 17th century, it contains hymns and writings from the Sikh Gurus and other saints, expressing profound spiritual teachings about God, equality, and the importance of community service. Written in Gurmukhi script, it emphasizes the oneness of God and the value of living a truthful and honest life. Sikhs treat the Guru Granth Sahib with great reverence, and it is commonly present in Gurdwaras (Sikh temples) where it is read and sung in worship.
