Golfer's elbow

Golfer's elbow, or medial epicondylitis, is a condition characterized by pain and inflammation on the inner side of the elbow. It occurs due to overuse or repetitive stress on the forearm muscles and tendons, often from activities like golfing, but also from other sports or repetitive motions such as typing. Symptoms include tenderness, stiffness, and pain that may radiate down the forearm. Treatment typically involves rest, ice, anti-inflammatory medications, and physical therapy. In severe cases, a doctor may recommend further interventions. Preventive measures include proper technique and strengthening exercises.
