Medial Epicondylitis

Medial epicondylitis, commonly known as golfer's elbow, is a condition characterized by pain and inflammation on the inner side of the elbow. It occurs when the tendons connecting the forearm muscles to the inner elbow become strained or overused, often from repetitive activities or motions. Symptoms include tenderness, stiffness, and pain that may radiate down the forearm. Treatment typically involves rest, ice, physical therapy, and occasionally anti-inflammatory medications. With proper care, most people recover fully and return to their usual activities.
