Coffee cultivation

Coffee cultivation involves growing coffee plants primarily in tropical climates with rich soil and a specific altitude. The two main types of coffee beans are Arabica and Robusta. Farmers plant seeds, which grow into trees that bear cherries containing the beans. After harvesting, the cherries are processed—either through dry or wet methods—to extract the beans. These beans are then dried, roasted, and ground to prepare coffee. Successful cultivation requires careful attention to factors like shade, rainfall, and pest control, making it a complex yet rewarding agricultural practice.
