Classical theism

Classical Theism is a philosophical belief about God characterized by three main attributes: God's simplicity, immutability, and omnipotence. It posits that God is a singular, unchanging entity who is all-powerful, all-knowing, and present everywhere. Unlike some contemporary views, Classical Theism maintains that God is not subject to time and does not change in response to creation or human actions. This understanding frames God as transcendent, fundamentally different from the universe, but also personally involved in it, particularly in guiding and sustaining creation. It has roots in various religious traditions, particularly in Judaism, Christianity, and Islam.
