
Chakras
Chakras are considered energy centers within the body, originating from ancient Indian traditions. They are believed to regulate physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being by channeling life force or energy (known as prana or chi). There are seven main chakras aligned along the spine, each associated with different aspects of health and consciousness—such as clarity, creativity, and vitality. When these chakras are balanced, energy flows smoothly, promoting overall harmony. Blockages or imbalances are thought to cause physical or emotional issues, and practices like meditation, yoga, or breathwork aim to restore their optimal functioning.
