Brand Recall
Brand recall refers to the ability of consumers to remember a brand when asked about a product category. For example, if someone thinks of soft drinks and immediately remembers Coca-Cola, that’s brand recall in action. It indicates how well a brand is embedded in people's minds and is often influenced by advertising, experiences, and brand reputation. High brand recall means that a brand is easily recognized and preferred over competitors, while low brand recall suggests it might not be as prominent or memorable in the consumer's mind.
