Behavioral conditioning

Behavioral conditioning is a learning process that involves modifying behavior through rewards and consequences. There are two main types: classical conditioning, where a natural response is triggered by a new stimulus (like Pavlov’s dogs salivating at the sound of a bell), and operant conditioning, which uses reinforcement or punishment to increase or decrease behaviors (like training a dog to sit by giving treats). Essentially, it’s about how our actions can be shaped based on experiences and responses from the environment, helping us learn from our mistakes and successes.
