ARIN

ARIN, or the American Registry for Internet Numbers, is a nonprofit organization that manages the distribution of Internet Protocol (IP) address space in North America and parts of the Caribbean. IP addresses are unique identifiers for devices connected to the internet, allowing them to communicate with one another. ARIN allocates these addresses to Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and organizations, ensuring that there’s a systematic and fair distribution. Additionally, ARIN helps maintain the internet's overall structure and supports policies that foster the growth and sustainability of network connectivity.
