Anthropic Principle
The Anthropic Principle is a concept in cosmology that suggests the universe appears fine-tuned for life because we, as conscious beings, are here to observe it. It posits that certain physical constants and conditions must fall within specific ranges for life to exist. There are two common interpretations: one states that this fine-tuning implies a purpose or design, while the other suggests that we are simply part of a universe where life can arise, among countless others where it cannot. Essentially, it reflects on why our universe supports life as we know it.
