Three Principles of the People

The Three Principles of the People, developed by Sun Yat-sen, are a guiding philosophy for China's future. They include: 1) Nationalism – promoting independence and unity for China, ending foreign domination. 2) Democracy – creating a government that allows people to participate and have rights. 3) People’s Livelihood – improving citizens' living standards through economic development and social justice. Together, these principles aim to build a strong, free, and fair China where citizens have control over their nation and well-being.
