The Tropics
The Tropics refer to the region of Earth located between the Tropic of Cancer and the Tropic of Capricorn, roughly between 23.5 degrees north and 23.5 degrees south of the equator. This area experiences a warm climate year-round, with minimal temperature variation, and has distinct wet and dry seasons. The Tropics are known for their rich biodiversity, including rainforests and coral reefs. They are also home to many cultures and economic activities, such as agriculture and tourism, but face challenges like climate change and deforestation.
