
Sir Zafarullah Khan
Sir Zafarullah Khan was a prominent Pakistani diplomat, lawyer, and politician, best known for his role in the early years of Pakistan. Born in 1893, he gained international recognition as the first Asian and Muslim President of the International Court of Justice from 1970 to 1973. Khan was a key figure in advocating for Pakistan's interests on the global stage, particularly in issues related to Kashmir and the rights of Muslims. He also served as Pakistan's foreign minister and was an influential member of the All-India Muslim League, contributing significantly to the creation of Pakistan in 1947.
