Sheikh Abdullah
Sheikh Abdullah was a prominent political leader from Kashmir, known for advocating independence and greater autonomy for the region. Born in 1905, he was instrumental in leading the movement for the rights of Kashmiri Muslims and played a key role in the political history of Jammu and Kashmir. Often called "Sher-e-Kashmir" (Lion of Kashmir), he served as both Prime Minister and later Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir.
