Reinhard Heydrich
Reinhard Heydrich was a high-ranking Nazi official during World War II, known for his key role in orchestrating the Holocaust. As head of the SS (Schutzstaffel) security service and deputy to Heinrich Himmler, he implemented policies that led to the systemic extermination of millions of Jews and others deemed "undesirable." Heydrich also chaired the Wannsee Conference in 1942, where plans for the “Final Solution” were formalized. His brutal tactics earned him the nickname "The Butcher of Prague," and he was assassinated in 1942 by Czech resistance fighters, which led to severe reprisals against the Czech population.
