Pomodoro Technique
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method that enhances productivity by breaking work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes long, called "Pomodoros." After each interval, you take a short break of 5 minutes. After completing four Pomodoros, you take a longer break of 15-30 minutes. This approach helps maintain focus, reduces mental fatigue, and encourages regular rest, improving overall efficiency. By creating a structured work schedule, the technique helps individuals manage their time better and stay motivated while tackling tasks.
