Objectivism

Objectivism is a philosophical system developed by Ayn Rand that emphasizes reason as the only reliable source of knowledge. It combines elements of rationalism, asserting that reality can be understood through logical analysis, with a strong empirical foundation, valuing observation and evidence. Objectivism rejects collectivism, advocating for individual rights and capitalism, aligning it with libertarianism. It promotes the idea that individuals should pursue their own happiness and success, as long as they do not infringe on others' rights. Ultimately, Objectivism champions a rational, self-interested approach to both knowledge and ethics.
