Maryland Wing

The Maryland Wing is a division of the Civil Air Patrol (CAP), a volunteer organization that serves as the official civilian auxiliary of the U.S. Air Force. It focuses on emergency services, aerospace education, and youth development through programs for cadets. The Maryland Wing is responsible for conducting search and rescue operations, disaster response, and community outreach, using both aircraft and volunteers. Members include cadets (youth) and senior members (adults), all dedicated to promoting aviation, safety, and leadership skills while supporting their communities and the nation.
