United States Air Force Auxiliary

The United States Air Force Auxiliary, known as the Civil Air Patrol (CAP), is a volunteer organization that supports the U.S. Air Force and national interests. Comprising mostly civilian volunteers, CAP provides emergency services such as search and rescue, disaster relief, and aerial reconnaissance. It also offers youth education programs and aerospace training. While not a military active duty organization, CAP works closely with the Air Force, assisting with various missions and promoting public safety, leadership, and aerospace knowledge through training and community engagement.
