
CAP Maryland Wing
The Civil Air Patrol (CAP) Maryland Wing is a volunteer organization focusing on emergency services, aerospace education, and youth mentoring. As an auxiliary of the U.S. Air Force, it conducts search and rescue missions, disaster relief, and assists communities during emergencies. The Maryland Wing consists of dedicated volunteers, including adults and cadets, who engage in training and community service. Members learn leadership skills, aviation knowledge, and teamwork, while promoting safety and preparedness. Through various programs, CAP Maryland Wing fosters a spirit of volunteerism and public service within the aviation community and the state of Maryland.
