IVF (In Vitro Fertilisation)

In vitro fertilization (IVF) is a medical procedure used to help couples conceive a child when natural methods are not successful. It involves collecting eggs from a woman’s ovaries and sperm from a male partner or donor, and combining them in a laboratory dish to facilitate fertilization. The resulting embryos are then monitored for development. Once viable, one or more embryos are implanted into the woman's uterus, with the hope that they will implant and result in pregnancy. IVF can be an option for various infertility issues and has helped many people become parents.
