Islamic Cooperation

Islamic Cooperation refers to the collaborative efforts among Muslim-majority countries to promote common interests, unity, and solidarity in various fields, including political, economic, cultural, and social issues. The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), established in 1969, is the main institution fostering this cooperation. It aims to protect the rights of Muslims, promote peace and security, and enhance economic development among member states. The OIC also addresses global issues, such as poverty, education, and interfaith dialogue, emphasizing cooperation to achieve collective goals and bolster the voice of the Muslim world on the international stage.
