Gravity and Levity

Gravity is the force that pulls objects toward one another, such as the attraction between the Earth and an apple. It keeps us grounded and governs the motion of planets and stars. Levity, in contrast, refers to a sense of lightness or the ability to rise. In a scientific context, it’s often associated with buoyancy in fluids, where objects can float or be lifted. Together, gravity and levity represent opposite forces: gravity pulls things down, while levity allows for lifting or floating, playing crucial roles in balance, nature, and our everyday experiences.
