Goods-Dominant Logic
Goods-Dominant Logic (G-D Logic) focuses on the idea that businesses create value primarily through tangible products. It emphasizes the exchange of goods, where success is measured by the quantity and quality of items sold. In this view, companies provide products that customers then purchase, with little emphasis on the relationships or experiences involved. This approach contrasts with Service-Dominant Logic, which considers value creation as a collaborative process involving services and customer interactions. G-D Logic underlines traditional business practices where physical goods are the main focus of value.
