Blow Molding

Blow molding is a manufacturing process used to create hollow plastic items, like bottles and containers. It begins with heating and melting plastic material, which is then formed into a tube called a parison. This parison is inflated by blowing air into it while it’s inside a mold. As the plastic expands, it takes the shape of the mold. Once cooled, the mold is opened, and the finished product is removed. This efficient process allows for mass production of lightweight, durable plastic products with precise shapes and sizes.
