Wolff's Law

Wolff's Law states that bones adapt to the stresses placed on them. When you use your bones more, such as through weight-bearing activities or exercising, they become stronger and denser over time. Conversely, if a bone experiences little or no stress, it can weaken and become less dense. This natural process helps bones stay strong in response to their functional demands, ensuring they are able to support movement and weight effectively. Essentially, bones grow and remodel themselves based on the mechanical forces they experience.
