Weaving

Weaving is the process of interlacing strands of material, typically yarn or thread, to create fabric. This is done on a loom, where two sets of threads are used: the warp (vertical threads) and the weft (horizontal threads). By crossing these threads over and under each other, different patterns and textures can be created. Weaving has been a fundamental technique in textile production for thousands of years, allowing for the creation of clothing, household items, and art. Its variations and techniques contribute to the diversity of fabrics seen around the world today.
