USA Track & Field (USATF)

USA Track & Field (USATF) is the national governing body for the sport of track and field, long-distance running, and race walking in the United States. It oversees the organization of competitions, athlete development, and the promotion of the sports at all levels, from youth to elite. USATF also selects and manages teams representing the U.S. in international competitions, like the Olympics. They are responsible for establishing rules, providing coaching resources, and ensuring athlete safety and fair play within the sport.
