Templar of the Holy Land

The Templars of the Holy Land were the members of a medieval Christian military order known as the Knights Templar. Established in the early 12th century, their primary mission was to protect Christian pilgrims traveling to Jerusalem and other sacred sites in the Holy Land during the Crusades. They were known for their distinctive white mantles adorned with a red cross and were highly skilled in combat. Over time, the Templars evolved into a powerful organization with significant economic and political influence, playing a crucial role in the medieval history of Europe and the Crusades until their decline in the early 14th century.
