Takshashila (Taxila)

Takshashila, also known as Taxila, was an ancient educational hub in present-day Pakistan, flourishing around the 5th century BCE to the 5th century CE. It is renowned for its university, which attracted students from across the ancient world to study subjects such as philosophy, medicine, mathematics, and linguistics.
