Tahuantinsuyu

Tahuantinsuyu, often referred to as the Inca Empire, was the largest empire in pre-Columbian America, centered in the Andean region of South America. It stretched from modern-day Colombia to Chile and included parts of Peru, Ecuador, and Bolivia. Established in the 15th century, Tahuantinsuyu was known for its advanced agricultural techniques, intricate road systems, and impressive stone architecture, such as Machu Picchu. The society was highly organized, with a strong emphasis on collective labor and community welfare, ruled by the Sapa Inca, who was considered a divine leader. The empire fell to Spanish conquistadors in the 16th century.
