S-Curve
An S-curve describes how a project or process progresses over time, typically starting slowly, then accelerating, and finally slowing down as it approaches completion. In the beginning, progress is steady but cautious. As confidence and resources build, work speeds up rapidly. Near the end, growth tapers off as the project nears full completion, and remaining tasks become smaller or more complex. This pattern forms an "S" shape on graphs, helping teams plan, allocate resources, and manage expectations effectively throughout the lifecycle.
