Rugby Union
Rugby union is a team sport played with an oval-shaped ball on a rectangular field. Each team consists of 15 players who strive to score points by carrying, passing, or kicking the ball into the opponent's in-goal area. A try, worth five points, is scored by grounding the ball over the line, followed by a conversion kick for additional points. Teams can also score through penalty kicks and drop goals. Matches consist of two 40-minute halves, and the game emphasizes physicality, strategy, and teamwork, with players tackling opponents to gain possession of the ball.
