Revolutionary government
A revolutionary government is a temporary ruling body established after a significant political upheaval or revolution. Its primary goal is to stabilize the nation, implement necessary reforms, and often prepare for a transition to a new, more stable government or constitution. These governments may suspend normal political processes to address urgent issues quickly and consolidate power. They are typically characterized by their focus on change, often replacing previous regimes or systems to reflect new ideologies or societal goals. Once stability is restored, they usually set the stage for elections or a return to civilian rule.
