Response to Intervention
Response to Intervention (RTI) is an educational process that helps identify and support students struggling with learning. It involves providing targeted instruction and monitoring progress through different tiers of interventions. Initially, all students receive high-quality teaching. If some still struggle, they receive additional, more focused support. Progress is regularly assessed to determine if the interventions are effective. This approach aims to ensure that all students receive the help they need early on, preventing bigger challenges later. RTI promotes a proactive approach to education, fostering better outcomes for students by addressing their unique learning needs.
