Relativity Theory

Relativity Theory, proposed by Albert Einstein, fundamentally changed our understanding of space, time, and gravity. It consists of two parts: Special Relativity, which shows that time and space are linked and can vary for observers in different states of motion; and General Relativity, which describes gravity as the curvature of spacetime caused by mass. This framework has profound implications in theoretical astrophysics, affecting our understanding of black holes and the universe's expansion. In philosophy, it challenges traditional views of time as absolute, suggesting instead that it's relative and intertwined with the fabric of reality.
