Paper-making
Paper-making is the process of creating paper from fibrous materials, primarily wood pulp. It begins with harvesting trees, which are then chipped and chemically processed to break down the fibers. These fibers are mixed with water to form a slurry, which is spread onto a screen to drain excess water. As the mixture dries, it matures into sheets of paper. The sheets are then pressed, dried, and rolled into large reels. Additional processes may involve coating or cutting the paper to achieve specific qualities. This method has evolved over centuries, balancing tradition with modern technology in production.
