Pulping process

The pulping process transforms raw materials like wood, bamboo, or recycled paper into pulp—an essential step in paper manufacturing. The material is broken down using mechanical, chemical, or hybrid methods to separate cellulose fibers from other components like lignin and impurities. This results in a thick slurry that, after cleaning and refining, can be processed into paper sheets. The goal is to produce a uniform, high-quality pulp that serves as the foundation for making various paper products while efficiently utilizing raw materials and minimizing waste.
