Nyingma

Nyingma is the oldest of the four major schools of Tibetan Buddhism, emphasizing the teachings of early Buddhist texts known as the "Ancient Nyingma" tradition. It focuses on esoteric practices, meditation, and rituals to attain spiritual realization and enlightenment. Nyingma teachings include unique symbolic methods, Tibetan tantras, and a reverence for the original teachings brought to Tibet by Padmasambhava.
