National Right to Work Committee
The National Right to Work Committee (NRTWC) is a nonprofit organization in the United States that advocates for laws ensuring workers can choose whether or not to join a union without facing mandatory requirements. Founded in the 1950s, it promotes the idea that no worker should be forced to pay union dues or be compelled to join a union as a condition of employment. The NRTWC seeks to influence legislation and public opinion to support worker freedom and reduce the power of labor unions in the workplace.
