Judgment Creditors
A judgment creditor is an individual or entity that has won a legal decision (or judgment) against another party, known as the debtor, in a court case. This judgment often requires the debtor to pay a specific amount of money. If the debtor fails to pay, the judgment creditor can take steps to collect the debt, such as garnishing wages, seizing assets, or placing liens on property. Essentially, a judgment creditor is a person or organization legally entitled to collect money owed to them based on a court ruling.
