Hornsea Project

The Hornsea Project refers to a series of large offshore wind farms located in the North Sea, off the coast of England. These projects aim to produce renewable energy by harnessing wind power, contributing to the UK’s goal of reducing carbon emissions and combating climate change. Hornsea Project One, the first phase, became the world's largest offshore wind farm upon completion in 2020, capable of powering over a million homes. Future phases, like Hornsea Two and Three, are expected to further increase this renewable energy capacity, helping transition to a more sustainable energy system.
